Job Description

Operations Assistant Monday thru Friday 09:00 AM - 6:00
PM Job Details:
Weekends off Health Insurance Benefits Paid leave 401(k) retirement plans Pay is $17.55 /hour Spanish pay differential offered
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Order Visa Cards and answers any questions members may have on Visa promptly and courteously. Responsible for paying Credit Union Bills Posts and Scans Investments. Post Monthly Safety Deposit Box Rentals and Send Notices. Assists with IRA's and RTI's (Returned Check Items). Process Incoming and Outgoing Wires. Researches card processing disputes (signature based). Completes chargeback process. Adjusts members' accounts as needed. Transmits PBF (Positive Balance File) and ICL (Check 21 end of day deposit). Assumes responsibility for other duties as required or assigned.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent Excellent communication skills Diplomacy and tact Professional attitude Honesty and Integrity Solid math skills Good typing skills Spanish Speaking Preferred but not required About us:
