Ogden, UT (On-site) About the Role The Wholesale Fulfillment Analyst is the operational backbone of HydroJug's wholesale fulfillment organization. Where the Wholesale Planner focuses on forecasting, assortment strategy, and forward-looking demand planning, this role ensures that what gets planned actually gets delivered — on time, accurately communicated, and with minimal surprises. This position sits at the center of: Wholesale order governance Inventory coordination Fulfillment risk management Inbound visibility Retailer communication Operational execution The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that wholesale orders entering the fulfillment pipeline are: Accurate Inventory-aligned Operationally feasible Proactively managed before they ever reach warehouse execution. This is not a traditional order entry or administrative support role. This role functions as a critical operational control point responsible for: Preventing downstream fulfillment issues Proactively identifying inventory and timing risks Aligning customer expectations with operational reality Protecting fulfillment reliability Helping create operational stability across the business The ideal candidate is someone who: Thinks proactively Enjoys solving operational problems Communicates confidently Notices issues before they escalate Thrives in fast-moving environments Wants to grow into a larger operational leadership role over time What Success Looks Like Success in this role means: Wholesale orders are fully fulfillable before release to execution Inventory risks are identified early Customers are informed proactively Partial shipments are minimized or eliminated Fulfillment planning operates with stable priorities The warehouse receives clean, executable demand Operational surprises decrease Retailer trust remains strong through proactive communication The ultimate goal is simple:

No order should enter execution unless we already believe it is fulfillable. Core Responsibilities Wholesale Order Governance & PO Management Ensure all incoming wholesale purchase orders are accurate, operationally feasible, compliant, and ready for fulfillment execution before approval and release. Inventory Feasibility & Allocation Management Review inventory availability, inbound timing, and allocation strategy to ensure approved orders can realistically be fulfilled within customer timelines. Inbound & Warehouse Coordination Coordinate inbound visibility and warehouse execution timing to align fulfillment demand with operational capacity and prevent downstream disruptions. Customer Communication & Exception Management Proactively communicate fulfillment risks, shortages, substitutions, and timing adjustments to retail customers before issues impact shipment execution. Forecast Alignment & Operational Analysis Monitor incoming order demand against customer forecasts and internal planning assumptions to identify forecast variance, inventory risk, and operational trends early. Data Integrity & Operational Reporting Maintain reliable order and item-level data while supporting operational visibility, reporting accuracy, and continuous process improvement across the wholesale fulfillment workflow. Qualifications Required 2+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, wholesale operations, logistics, customer operations, or order management Strong attention to detail and operational organization Comfortable managing large volumes of order-level information without losing accuracy Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-moving environment Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills Comfortable working cross-functionally between sales, planning, operations, and warehouse teams Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets Preferred Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) Experience with wholesale fulfillment or retail operations Experience with EDI order management Familiarity with warehouse operations or inbound logistics Experience working directly with retail buyers or wholesale customers Experience with operational reporting or data analysis Growth Opportunity This role is designed to grow over time.
