FIELD OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Position Summary We are seeking a dependable, hard-working, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Field Operations Assistant to support our field operations and production team at Rio Roofing. This full-time role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands on a jobsite (not at a desk!), learning new skills, and solving problems in a fast-paced environment. As a Field Operations Assistant, you'll help coordinate crews, deliver materials, haul trailers, assist with roofing repairs, and complete jobsite documentation. No roofing experience required—we'll train the right person who's eager to learn and grow with us. Objectives Assist with delivering materials and equipment to job sites Coordinate with project managers and crews to ensure efficient production Support roofing crews during repairs (you'll be trained on basic roofing tasks) Take jobsite photos and complete checklists for documentation Maintain tools, trailers, and inventory with attention to safety and detail Communicate updates to internal team and occasionally clients (in both Spanish and English) Learn and follow standard operating procedures for high-quality work Translate as needed for Spanish-speaking crew members and clients Be willing to learn to haul trailers (training provided) Core Competencies and Skills Work Ethic

• required Must be based in or able to relocate to the St.

George, UT area Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation Ability to pass a drug test Willing to learn trailer hauling and basic roof repair skills High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous roofing or construction experience is a plus , but not required Must be able to lift materials and work outdoors in various weather conditions

Job Type:

Full-time (40-45 hours/week)

Pay:

$21.00
