Position Summary:
As a Service Coordinator, you will support the daily operations of our service department by coordinating schedules, communicating with customers, tracking services requests, and assisting with workflow organization. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient service operations, timely follow-up, and a positive customer experience while helping maintain organized and productive service processes. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule elevator service and repair appointments, ensuring efficient technician routing and timely customer communication. Manage customer accounts, verify service eligibility, process payments, and maintain accurate service records. Schedule and oversee recurring maintenance agreements to ensure services are completed on time. Prepare, send, and follow up on repair estimates and invoices while tracking project progress through completion. Order parts, update service documentation, and communicate repair recommendations and deposits with customers. Conduct customer follow-ups, manage past-due accounts, and support customer satisfaction initiatives including online reviews. Maintain daily, weekly, monthly, and annual administrative tasks including scheduling, invoicing, agreement renewals, and pricing updates.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in service coordination and scheduling. Proficiency with Service Software tools like Trello and QuickBooks. Strong organizational skills.
