Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating qualified leads and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with strong organizational skills and a passion for connecting with potential customers. Essential Functions & Responsibilities Make outbound calls, send emails, and follow up with prospective clients Qualify leads based on predefined criteria Schedule appointments or product demos for sales representatives Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems Follow scripts and adapt messaging to engage prospects effectively Handle objections and answer basic customer inquiries Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams Meet or exceed daily/weekly outreach and appointment-setting targets Required Skills and Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Proven experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable speaking on the phone for extended periods Basic knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) Excellent time management and organizational abilities Positive attitude, persistence, and resilience This role is bonus eligible
