  • 20/hour | Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM (~20 hrs/week) About Us Specialty Painting Southern Utah is a growing branch of a family-owned painting business with 30 years of quality work behind it.
We operate across Washington County and are building out the systems and team to match our growth. We take pride in our work and in how we treat the people we work with. About the Role This role is the communication and scheduling backbone of our daily operations. You'll make sure our crews start every day with the right information, our builders and clients get timely answers, and our schedule stays organized 2-3 weeks out. It's a part-time position with real responsibility — and room to grow for the right person. What You'll Do Maintain and update the job schedule daily, with visibility 2-3 weeks ahead Confirm job readiness with builders and supers — colors, access, site conditions Make sure every crew has accurate job details before the day starts Answer and route incoming calls and texts; follow up on open items Track job progress and flag touch-ups or incomplete work Assist with invoicing prep and job completion records Organize job photos, notes, and paperwork Occasional local errands — materials, job site drop-offs — as needed Light admin support and occasional social media posts Schedule & Compensation Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-12:00 PM (approximately 20 hours/week) $19
  • 20/hour based on experience 90-day performance review with potential pay increase Profit sharing available for the right long-term fit What We're Looking For Strong communicator — comfortable on the phone, over text, and in writing Organized and detail-oriented — you catch things before they fall through the cracks Responsive and dependable — builders and crews are counting on timely answers Self-directed — you manage your task list without needing constant reminders Professional — you represent the company when working with clients and builders Local to Southern Utah — some in-person availability is part of this role No construction experience required.
We'll train you on the industry side. Why This Role Matters When scheduling runs well, our crews show up prepared, our builders trust us, and the whole operation runs tighter. This position directly affects job quality, client satisfaction, and the company's bottom line. The right person here makes everything else work better. Room to Grow This is a part-time position to start, but we're building something.
