We're seeking a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to support daily production, improve operational efficiency, and help deliver high-quality electro-mechanical products. In this role, you'll work alongside Operations, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure manufacturing schedules stay on track while maintaining the highest quality standards in an
ISO 9001 / AS9100
certified environment. What You'll Do Support daily production schedules and manufacturing operations to meet customer deadlines. Participate in daily production meetings and communicate priorities across departments. Identify production bottlenecks and help implement solutions to improve workflow. Track manufacturing KPIs and assist with corrective action plans to improve performance. Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate Work-in-Progress (WIP) inventory. Monitor and replenish production consumables and Kanban inventory. Create purchase requisitions for production supplies and operational needs. Coordinate preventative maintenance and equipment calibration activities. Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, reports, and production records. Ensure compliance with company policies and
ISO 9001 / AS9100
quality standards.
Support production activities including:
Inventory management Job kitting Assembly Product testing Inspection Packaging Participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) investigations. Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and other operational projects as needed. What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in manufacturing, production, assembly, or factory operations. Experience working in an ISO 9001 and/or AS9100 manufacturing environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Experience using ERP, MRP, or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or a willingness to learn. Must meet applicable U.S. person/security requirements. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience as a Manufacturing Lead, Supervisor, or Team Lead. Experience with MRP systems and factory planning tools. Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Green Belt certification. Experience with Root Cause Analysis methodologies, including: 5 Whys Fishbone Diagrams 8D Problem Solving Familiarity with:
IPC-A-610 IPC/WHMA-A-620 J-STD-001
Experience with Microsoft Power BI. Oracle ERP experience. Physical Requirements This position requires working in an active manufacturing environment and may include: Lifting and moving materials up to 40 pounds. Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, climbing, and reaching. Regular use of hand tools and small components. Working under a microscope for extended periods when required. Strong attention to detail with the ability to inspect products and components accurately. Why Join Us?
