You'll work closely with leadership and key teams to ensure our operations are seamless, efficient, and always ahead of the curve. From managing schedules to coordinating projects, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps the wheels turning. Roles & Responsibilities:
Be the right hand to our leadership team, managing calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements like a pro. Keep operations on track by coordinating projects, tracking deadlines, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Act as the ultimate problem-solver, anticipating needs and finding creative solutions to challenges. Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and follow-through. Assist with event planning, team activities, and other special projects that keep our culture thriving. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Bring energy, positivity, and a can-do attitude to every task, big or small.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines. Outstanding communication skills - you're clear, concise, and always professional. A high level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive information with care. A positive, upbeat attitude that inspires those around you. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. This position requires a minimum of 4 days a week on-site.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in operations, high-level administrative support, or human resources. Demonstrated experience with Microsoft products including OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneNote, Excel, and PowerPoint. Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S Government issued Security Clearance. Per the U.S. Government's eligibility requirements, you must be a U.S Citizen to be considered for a security clearance.
