Job Summary:
Position will be an integral part of theCWEOrganization and willsupport the execution ofProductivity Engagement Cycles (PECs)thatmeasure productivity on Bechtel Construction job sitesand thedelivery of Field Leadership DevelopmentPrograms.
Thisposition will serve as a primary memberof theSatellite Supportteam and require a high degree of travelforaperiod of three to four weeks in duration,includinginternationalassignments. This role willreport tothe Corporate Productivity Lead(CPL) andwork closely withthe CWE Operations Managerand CWE Corporate Specialist.
This role supports a robust and dynamicdata analyticsprogramdesigned toincreaseworkface efficiencyandcultivate a strong leadership culture on our projectstoretainour top field leadership talent.
This role will be supported by the Global ConstructionCWEOrganizational team in the home office and deployedCWEOproject teams.
Roles and responsibilities can rapidly change based on corporateinitiatives,andcandidateshould be prepared to make directional shifts as needed to supportproject andcompanyobjectives.
Candidateshould havethe abilityto support multiple programs simultaneously. Thisrole prepares an associate tomanagebothCWE'sfunctions,includingthe measuring and interpretation of productivity data and the execution of leadership development programs that improve productivity.
Candidates for this position may fall into one of two tracks - Leadership Development or Analytics.
Prospective hires would be expected todemonstrateskills and knowledge in one of these tracks,withthe expectation that they willattainskills in the other through one-the-job training. This role is highly visible within the company and as such, candidate should have versatile communication abilities to address all levels of personnel and management. #LI-SM2
Major Responsibilities:
Embrace the role of a coach and guide in problem solving.
The COSdoesnot simply solve problems in the field.
Understand and demonstrate core competency in the industry standards for development coaching.
Be knowledgeable about curriculum content and be able to recommend courses that meet site needs.
Responsible for the delivery of High Performance Leaders (HPL) on assigned project site utilizing a discovery learning method.
Implement Field Leadership Assessments and facilitate all stages of the LA process, if applicable, on project.
Interface with Site Management and responsible parties for identification of course participants.
Maintains metrics from CWEO programs, analyze data, and report to management.
Become an expert on the PEC methodology and the elements of a strong statistical observation study.
Represent data analysis accurately and effectively to management/client sponsors with result of influencing effective performance at the workface
Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-9 years of relevant work experience.
2-4 years' working knowledge in construction environment / workforce development.
Basic knowledge of Project Life Cycle.
Must have excellent people skills and the ability to deal with people in a professional manner and to contribute as a member of a team.
Proven ability to maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Required Knowledge and Skills:

Adapt to new environments and unfamiliar cultures, navigate unforeseen challenges, and manage emotions in potentially stressful situations.
Understand the various communication styles and preferences of the audience and adjust the message as needed to ensure accurate interpretation.

Support overall CWE function goals for Operations and Professional Development activities.
