Our Construction Operations Associate needs to be a collaborative team player, have the ability to problem solve, get along with co-workers well, and be willing to think outside the box.

Description of Role:

Facilitate residential single-family home material ordering. Administer milestone and inspection date tracking for development and construction pace. Maintain material take-off libraires and pricing sheets. Obtain multi-family apartment material quotes. Procure single-family and multi family project labor proposals as needed. Support property management service contract administration. Assist with vendor procurement and relations. Support permit technician with process tracking, escalations, and direct work as needed. Compensation will be based on experience with the ability to grow within our organization. About R.P. Fralin, Inc.
