Coastal Material Handling (CMH) is a leading supplier of New and Used Forklifts and Material-Handling Equipment in the Mid-Atlantic region. Locally owned and operated for over 37 years, many customers have come to rely on us for our forklift expertise and material handling services.Job Description:
Schedule PM Service- Call customers and set dates for pm service on their forklifts You must be comfortable making multiple phone calls daily Parts person
- Check parts in and do inventory/cycle counting Inside Sales
- Phone Calls In-office lead generation to get new service customers and retain older/existing customers
RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES Analyze customers' requirements and recommend products from our product range/solutions Support customers in all aspects and maintain a healthy business relationship Consult with existing and potential clients to assess and understand equipment needs and systems requirements Identify customer requirements by working with the customer Establish new accounts by organizing sales calls and service existing accountsREPORTING
Manage calls through our customer data base/take notes and submit those for updating. Pass along leads to service & sales managers.QUALIFICATIONS
Prefer experienced parts/service person Must be competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc) Must have the ability to prioritize multiple requests and complete all within required timeline Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills Excellent critical thinking, analytical, time-management, and problem-solving skills Upbeat, highly motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently or as part of a team Eager to win the company new sales and build business relationshipsBENEFITS
