Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling Management:
Oversee the scheduling of surgeries at multiple facilities, coordinate pre-operative appointments, and submit authorizations to ensure a smooth patient experience.
Patient Flow Coordination:
Manage daily patient flow and handle multiple tasks with ease.
Patient Support:
Serve as a trusted resource for patients, providing pre-operative and post-operative instructions as directed by the provider.
Proactive Engagement:
Embrace new responsibilities, solve problems, and assist whenever needed.
Qualifications:
Familiarity in total joint surgery scheduling
Exceptional Communication Skills:
Demonstrate a patient-first mindset with outstanding communication abilities. Must be able to communicate effectively with the team, provider, insurance companies, and managers.
Professionalism:
Maintain professionalism in stressful or confidential situations.
Insurance and HIPAA Knowledge:
Confidently work with insurance companies and possess knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel). We look forward to your application!
