On-site Clearance Requirement:
Active TS/SCI Clearance Position Overview OMNI is seeking an experienced Program Scheduler to support a U.S. Air Force program at Joint Base Anacostia Bolling. The Program Scheduler will lead key program planning and scheduling activities, ensuring effective coordination, schedule integration, and program execution in a classified environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using Microsoft Project and supporting complex government programs. Key Responsibilities Lead program planning and scheduling processes for a major Air Force program. Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated master schedules (IMS) using Microsoft Project. Coordinate schedule inputs from cross-functional teams including engineering, acquisition, finance, and operations. Track program milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure schedule alignment with program objectives. Identify schedule risks and provide mitigation strategies to program leadership. Prepare schedule reports, briefings, and analysis for senior government stakeholders. Support program reviews, milestone events, and decision-making activities. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. 8+ years of program scheduling or project scheduling experience Demonstrated advanced proficiency in Microsoft Project At least 3 of the last 5 years working in a classified environment Experience supporting U.S. Air Force or DoD programs preferred. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment. Security Clearance Active TS/SCI clearance required.
