Burlington, NC Shift :
2nd M-F 4:30pm to 1:am; Fri 2:30pm-11pm pay: $17-$19
Responsibilities:
Pull and gather parts, sheet metal, and hardware from inventory according to work orders and pick lists. Verify that all materials match required quantities, part numbers, and descriptions. Organize, assemble, and package parts into kits based on production requirements. Label and tag all materials clearly for identification, inventory control, and production tracking. Maintain clean, organized, and accurate pallet areas, carts, storage shelves, and inventory locations. Communicate with supervisors or team leads regarding missing, damaged, or incorrect parts and materials. Assist with loading, unloading, and transporting materials throughout the facility. Follow all company safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE). Support warehouse, inventory, and production operations as needed. Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials and completed kits throughout the shop and warehouse. Perform routine equipment inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns. Utilize proper lifting techniques and material handling practices to safely transport materials. Help maintain inventory accuracy and ensure materials are readily available to support production schedules.
Requirements:
Previous warehouse, manufacturing, inventory, or material handling experience preferred. Must be able to safely operate a forklift. Ability to read and follow work orders, pick lists, and production documentation. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to lift and move materials throughout the workday. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. #LIND26
