Field Operations Assistant

Title Field Operations Assistant Overview The primary function is to support the agronomy department in providing services to customers of Cascade Agronomics. In the Field Operations Assistant role, the individual will be expected to and helped to develop their skills and knowledge of field operations. Duties and Responsibilities(including, but not limited to) Product Delivery Product Application/Chemigation Maintain records for both the company and customer Interact with customers in a professional manner Effectively communicate both verbally and in written form Maintain company equipment in appropriate manner (i.e., clean/functional) Promote Cascade Agronomics in the community and industry Actively engage in and promote safety at all times Other duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED Possess current and appropriate

WA/OR/ID

Pesticide License and endorsements, or be able to achieve within 6 months Possess a valid Driver's License Working knowledge of computers, software programs, and applications Ability to bend repetitively and lift up to 50lbs in bags or boxes Ability to work outside in adverse conditions Ability to walk in crop fields with uneven terrain Ability to work extended hours during growing season Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Sound interpersonal skills with the ability to clearly communicate and collaborate with other team members Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor Must possess the ability/desire to learn Possess the ability to perform mid-level mathematical equations Must be customer service minded
