Job Description

Our office is looking for a full-time Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team. The Scheduling Coordinator manages patient registration, books appointments, and serves as the main point of contact between patients, referring offices, and our clinical team. This role involves managing patient calls, arranging emergency appointments, processing payments, and ensuring a smooth scheduling process. Join our team for a healthy work-life balance! What you'll do: Manage patient scheduling, phone communications, and front-desk operations. Handle insurance verification, claims appeals, and coding (CDT, CPT, ICD-10).
