Job DescriptionPerform routine but varied clerical duties on the manufacturing floor in accordance with standard proceduresProvide clerical support by recording, entering and verifying data from a variety of sources and documentsMaintain records; compile standard reports, file, tabulate, and performing routine clerical tasks related to manufacturingApply knowledge of department policies and procedures, and utilizes a general understanding of other departments' functionsMay be responsible for data entry, reporting, checking or verifying of information, generation of reports and responding to data requestsResponsible for maintaining department filesMay assist with production planning and special projectsQualificationsMinimum of 1 year, preferred 3 years previous related experienceBasic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Outlook and WordBasic knowledge of Google ApplicationsPreferred previous data entryPrevious office experience in a fast-paced environmentOrganizational skills must be excellentAdditional Information•

CLIMATE CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT
•The pay range for this role at the noted location is $16.50- $20.91/ hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Typically, roles follow step progressions to a target rate or set increments over time. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay.
