  • Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily schedules of nursing staff to ensure adequate coverage and meet the needs of our patients
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of staff schedules, absences, and vacancies
  • Collaborate with department managers to ensure scheduling aligns with patient care needs and staffing levels
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and make adjustments as needed to ensure optimal staffing levels
  • Communicate effectively with staff members, department managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless scheduling
  • Perform other administrative duties as required
  • Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in nursing or related field preferred
