Job Description:
Project Scheduler II - Advanced Energy A leading organisation in the advanced energy and medical technology sector is seeking an experienced Project Scheduler to support complex, multidisciplinary construction and major equipment installation projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys working across teams, and has a strong analytical mindset. Key Responsibilities Collect, input, and analyze project schedule data accurately and efficiently Develop forecasts, variance reports, and performance tracking documentation Identify and assess internal and external factors that may impact project timelines Evaluate existing scheduling processes and recommend improvements Communicate schedule risks and variances to project leadership Lead or participate in planning meetings with cross-functional stakeholders Collaborate with engineering, construction, and procurement teams to validate schedules Proactively identify risks and opportunities affecting project delivery Requirements Degree in a scientific, construction, or business-related field (preferred) 2+ years of project or construction scheduling experience Proficiency in Primavera P6 (required) Experience with complex or non-routine projects (highly desirable) Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills Knowledge of standard scheduling methodologies and tools Ability to interpret detailed technical information Self-motivated, organized, and able to build strong working relationships Capable of managing multiple priorities and complex project demands What We're Looking For A proactive, detail-oriented professional who can bring structure to complex projects, communicate effectively across teams, and drive scheduling excellence.
