Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and energetic Field Operations Assistant to join our team and support our field activities across various locations. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional support in a dynamic environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills, and maintaining a positive attitude. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop versatile skills while contributing to impactful community and operational initiatives. This position works directly alongside the owner, assisting with service calls, deliveries, customer support, and day-to-day field operations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in agriculture, likes variety in their workday, and wants to learn more about dairy equipment , farm operations, and customer service. Duties Handle heavy lifting of equipment and supplies, Assist with dairy equipment service, repairs, and installations. Ride along on service calls and help complete tasks efficiently. Assist with route deliveries and customer visits. Take notes and document service work, customer concerns, and follow-up items. Help organize inventory, parts, and tools. Maintain cleanliness and organization of service vehicles and work areas. Assist with customer service and communication. Perform general support duties as needed to keep operations running smoothly. Qualifications Physical stamina for heavy lifting and outdoor work in various weather conditions. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good communication and organizational skills Comfortable working on dairy farms. Valid drivers license preferred. Mechanical aptitude is helpful but not required.
