Surgery Schedule:
Day Shift | Full-time What You Will Do Coordinate operating room schedules and resource allocation to maximize department efficiency, ensuring optimal utilization of equipment and staff for every procedure. Collaborate with physician offices to gather necessary surgical information, providing a seamless and supportive scheduling experience for both providers and patients. Maintain high-quality electronic medical records by verifying accurate demographic, billing, and insurance details to prevent administrative delays and ensure a smooth surgical journey. Adapt surgical schedules in real-time to proactively manage emergencies and unanticipated events, maintaining operational flow and patient safety. Deliver direct, compassionate nursing care that adheres to organizational policies, prioritizing patient well-being and clinical excellence throughout the perioperative process.
What You Will Need Education:
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
