Customer Operations Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Operations Specialist to join our front office operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

Order Processing:

Accurately enter and manage customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment. This area will support our growing Shower Installation Business.

Customer Service:

Serve as the primary contact for customers, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and resolving issues professionally.

Logistics Coordination:

Work with shipping carriers and internal teams to schedule deliveries, track shipments, and ensure smooth logistics operations.

Inside Sales Support:

Assist the sales team with quotes, order follow-ups, and maintaining customer relationships.

Inventory & Supply Coordination:

Monitor stock levels, coordinate with production, and communicate potential shortages or delays.

Administrative Support:

Maintain organized records, generate reports, and collaborate across departments to improve efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with order processing, logistics, or inside sales is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) or Google Docs and ERP/order management software preferred. Ability to manage Whatsapp Channels, Trello Boards, and quickly pickup our in house built software a plus.
