We are looking for a motivated professional who wants to step into an important and influential operational role. We've invested heavily in the latest automated sheet metal equipment, advanced manufacturing technology, and ERP systems to support the next phase of growth—and we're looking for a strong Master Scheduler to help connect production, materials, and operational execution. This is a highly visible role that works directly with leadership, production, purchasing, inventory, and manufacturing teams to keep operations flowing efficiently and customers supported. What You'll Do Production Scheduling & Planning Build and maintain the master production schedule across multiple manufacturing departments Coordinate production priorities based on customer demand, labor capacity, and material availability Monitor bottlenecks and proactively adjust schedules to maintain flow Work closely with production leaders to communicate priorities and resolve constraints Materials & Inventory Coordination Coordinate with purchasing, inventory, and warehouse teams to ensure material readiness Support improved inventory accuracy and material flow throughout the facility Help drive organization and standardization initiatives tied to ERP and warehouse improvements Assist with managing production staging and WIP flow ERP & Systems Improvement Support ongoing implementation and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Maintain planning data including lead times, planning parameters, and scheduling accuracy Help improve operational reporting and manufacturing visibility Participate in continuous improvement and process development initiatives What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Experience in manufacturing scheduling, production planning, or operations coordination Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities Comfortable working cross-functionally with operations, purchasing, production, and inventory teams Preferred Qualifications ERP/MRP experience Experience in: fabrication sheet metal manufacturing custom or make-to-order manufacturing production scheduling Familiarity with: Business Central Warehouse Insight automated manufacturing environments Lean manufacturing or process improvement experience Why Join ALT?
