The Role As our Operations Assistant, you'll be the welcoming face and organizational backbone of our campus. You'll greet families at the door, keep our records in order, support our teachers and pastor, and help our school and church operations run like clockwork. This is a hands-on, people-first role where your attention to detail and warm personality will shine. What You'll Do Be the Heart of the Front Office Welcome visitors, families, and students with a friendly smile every day Answer phones, manage inquiries, and connect people with the right staff Maintain campus security by managing building access and key systems Keep Our School Running Smoothly Track student attendance and coordinate with families on student wellness Schedule school tours and help prospective families fall in love with our community Manage student records, field trip transportation, and accreditation documentation Support student recognition programs and distribute reading prizes Support the Business Side Manage financial tracking for tuition, church funds, and the Scrip program Process payments, reconcile credit card and bank statements, and assist with purchasing Serve as the go-to contact for our annual audits Order supplies and keep both church and school facilities well-stocked Be the Organizational Glue Prepare documents for Board of Education and Council meetings Assist the Administrator and Pastor with day-to-day and monthly tasks Manage mail, bulletins, copying, filing, and all the details that keep us connected What You Bring A warm, welcoming personality and a heart for serving others Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role (church or school environment a plus!)
