About the Role The Operations Department Clerk plays a critical behind-the-scenes role supporting our operations team. This position is ideal for someone who is computer-savvy, detail-obsessed (in the best way), and comfortable navigating and updating red-lined documents with precision. This is a full-time, ongoing temporary position with consistent hours and meaningful work—perfect for someone who enjoys stability with flexibility. What You'll Be Doing Carefully reviewing, reading, and updating red-lined documents with extreme attention to detail Making precise edits, updates, and revisions—accuracy matters here Navigating multiple computer systems and platforms with ease Regularly using AI platforms and tools to support efficiency, accuracy, and workflow improvements Supporting the Operations team with administrative and document-related tasks Ensuring documentation is current, organized, and compliant ✅ What We're Looking For Excellent computer skills and confidence working in digital environments Strong attention to detail—especially when reviewing and editing documents Comfortable reading and interpreting red-line/marked-up documents Experience using AI platforms (or strong interest and ability to learn quickly) Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated Ability to stay focused and accurate while handling detailed work Professional, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Pay & Schedule $22-$25 per hour, based on experience Full-time hours Ongoing temporary position (strong consistency and stability) ️ Pre-Employment Requirements Background check required Drug screen required

Pay Details:
