Full Job Description Overview:
The Custom Fish, Receiving & Packaging Associate is responsible for the day-to-day operations of receiving and checking in fish, entering fish orders in the computer, packaging, labeling finished product in boxes, data entry, and customer service. Additional administrative duties, data entry and clerical support are an integral part of this position.Duties & Responsibilities:
Represents Trapper's Creek as company first contact for the Custom Fish desk focusing on customer service Checks in customers fish, packages, labels and boxes orders Enters data of fish tickets, boxing and labeling in the Custom Fish Database Assists with packaging commercial product as needed Some driving and warehouse assistance when needed Assist with answering phone calls and taking customer orders when needed Provides assistance as needed to all areas of plant administrationSkills Required:
Interpersonal skills for communication and customer service with clients, peers and management Solid English communication skill Data entry and Computer skills proficient in all Microsoft Office applications Strong ability to take direction and take initiative to follow through on projects independently This is a fast-paced position that includes physical labor. Must be physically strong; and able to lift up to 50 pounds Good driving record, current and valid driver's license German language skills preferred but not required Company-wide expectations:- Adheres to the Trapper's Creek code of conduct and all policies, procedures and protocols
