Receiving Clerk Hours:

6:30am - 2:30pm Tuesday-Saturday Must be able to work weekends. The Liquor Well Inc. is a locally owned Liquor & General Store, and we are hiring immediately for a reliable Receiving Clerk/Customer Service Associate to assist our customers! The Receiving Clerk will hold the responsibility of accurately checking in weekly deliveries by comparing the provided Pick Lists to the Invoices to confirm that the delivery is accurate. The Receiving clerk requires adequate physical strength to lift and move heavy items.

8 hour shifts, Tuesday- Saturday 6:30am-2:30pm Must work nights and weekends Duties Must have good attention to detail by inspecting and sorting deliveries, and requesting necessary invoice adjustments if any product items are missing, broken, or incorrect. Communicate with management regarding arrival of deliveries as well as any issues beyond the Receiving Clerks knowledge. Effectively check in alcohol orders, grocery orders, and general merchandise orders. Assist clerks when needed and fill in when necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

Must be at least 21 years of age to sell Alcohol & Tobacco, according to the State of Alaska Alcohol & Tobacco Laws Successfully complete the three hour Training for Alcohol Professionals Class "TAP" Customer service experience, 1 year Maintain proficient written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrate strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to receive, stock, and stack product. Ability to lift and move heavy items. Possess basic math skills. Handle delivery discrepancies calmly and politely. Manage time efficiently. Attention to detail Team Player How to Apply Apply directly on Indeed, through email, or in-person.
