!!! We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our dynamic logistics team. In this vital role, you will coordinate and execute shipping and receiving operations, ensuring that all goods are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with trade regulations. Your energetic approach will help streamline warehouse distribution, support order fulfillment, and maintain high standards of shipping logistics. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our supply chain, contributing to seamless operations and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Prepare and process outbound shipments using RF scanners, ERP systems, and warehouse management systems to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Receive incoming shipments, inspect goods for damage or discrepancies, and update inventory records in warehouse management systems such as AS400 or MRP. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely to load and unload trucks, move stock within the warehouse, and organize storage areas efficiently. Pack products securely using appropriate packaging materials to prevent damage during transit while adhering to trade compliance and international trade regulations. Conduct order picking and packing activities for e-commerce orders or bulk distribution orders with precision and speed. Maintain accurate records of shipping & receiving activities, update stock levels, and perform regular stock counts to support inventory accuracy. Collaborate with warehouse teams on stocking procedures, order fulfillment priorities, and load planning to optimize warehouse distribution processes. Qualifications Excel experience Proven warehouse experience with a strong understanding of shipping logistics, order fulfillment, and warehouse distribution processes. Valid forklift certification; experience operating reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), ERP systems such as AS400 or MRP software for inventory control. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with basic math skills for measurements, weights, and calculations. Ability to operate RF scanners and other warehouse technology accurately in a fast-paced environment. Understanding of trade compliance regulations and international trade procedures related to shipping logistics. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining safety standards.
