Job Description
Job Summary:
The Material Receiving Clerk processes inbound and outbound raw material shipments of scrap to the Element 13 Reclamation facility, ensuring loads are accurately accounted for and properly directed to loading/unloading areas of the facility. This position will support the 6x toll programs with inbound and outbound material movements as well as receiving material at multiple outside locations.Responsibilities:
Perform inbound receiving and outbound shipment duties as follows: Weigh trucks in/out as they arrive per schedule of deliveries Direct truck drivers to proper loading/unloading areas of the facility Verify accuracy of paperwork records versus sales and purchase orders Directly responsible for receiving and entering receipts in SAP for all trucks on given shift (~50 trucks and 1.5Mlbs) Enter data into production systems to ensure accuracy of weights, shipments, etc. As we pay based on entered receipts, 100% accuracy in data entry is required. Perform tests on incoming material to determine accurate weight and quality of inbound material (checks moisture, cleanliness, etc.) Assist in reporting as needed, esp. for as concerning inventory control and management Assist in maintaining scale accuracy Manage all incoming drivers, with an emphasis on clear communication and de-escalation in the event of conflict. Provide information regarding receipts, weights, etc., as neededQualifications:
Required high school diploma or equivalent Preferred college level courses, 2 years of junior college or degree with emphasis on science or business administration. Shipping/Receiving experience is a plus. SAP experience is preferred. Must be an effective communicator. Fluent Spanish is a plus. Must have a strong sense of ethical responsibility. Must have strong Microsoft Office experience. Capable of handling all weather as the job may require extensive time outdoors testing materials.About Constellium Muscle Shoals:

Muscle Shoals produces aluminum sheet for use in all three components of beverage cans (body stock, coated end stock, tab stock) and has the capacity to produce over 1 billion pounds per year of finished aluminum coils. The plant also produces aluminum automotive coils to be processed at our CALP line in Bowling Green, Kentucky.
