Job Description

Position Overview Complete Quality is seeking experienced Receiving Clerks to provide contract-based warehouse support services. This 1099 Independent Contractor opportunity is ideal for professionals with experience in receiving, inventory control, material handling equipment, and warehouse management systems. Candidate will be responsible for receiving incoming shipments, verifying inventory accuracy, documenting product movement, and supporting warehouse operations while maintaining safety and productivity standards. Compensation Approx. $20 Hourly | Paid weekly via 1099. Schedule Monday to Friday, 8am to 6pm Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quantity and quality accuracy. Verify received products against purchase orders, packing slips, and shipping documentation. Utilize RF scanners, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), AS400, and other inventory tracking systems. Load, unload, move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse. Stock products in designated locations and maintain inventory organization. Assist with order fulfillment, picking, packing, and shipping activities as needed. Maintain clean and organized receiving and storage areas. Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation processes. Follow all site-specific safety guidelines and operational procedures. Communicate effectively with warehouse personnel and management regarding inventory discrepancies or operational concerns. Qualifications Previous warehouse receiving and inventory experience required. Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners preferred. Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), AS400, and MRP systems. Strong attention to detail and inventory accuracy. Ability to work independently and manage assigned responsibilities. Strong organizational and communication skills. Reliable transportation required. Must comply with all site safety requirements. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse activities throughout the shift. Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
