• 3:30pm As a Clerk, your strong work ethic and attention to small details will ensure our operations continue to run smoothly.

You will have an important role on our team, helping us provide sophisticated supply chain solutions to our customers. What you'll do on a typical day: Receive and transact incoming materials and verify against paperwork Prepare outbound shipments, ensuring correct documentation and labeling Transact and handling of both domestic and international documentation Participate in S7 Perform data entry tasks Research and correct errors Accurately pick parts and components based on order requirements. Pack shipments securely for carrier pickup, following aerospace packaging standards Complete tasks by following established procedures Ensure all work is performed in a safe manner Maintain organized storage and work areas Perform visual and physical quality checks on parts and packaging Report discrepancies or damaged items promptly. What you need to succeed at

GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need: 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment 2 years of experience in a clerical role Attention to detail Ability to speak, read (fine print) and write in English, including reading, understanding and interpreting safety rules, operating instructions and procedural documents Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel and Outlook) It'd be great if you also have: High school diploma or equivalent Availability to work a flexible schedule with possible overtime when needed This job requires the ability to: Lift up to 50 lbs. Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull Stand, sit or walk for long periods of time Handle or manage tools or equipment Adjust focus and demonstrate close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
