1:30PM-10PM Job Description The International Shipping Clerk coordinates outbound international air freight shipments and ensures all export activities comply with regulatory and safety standards. This role manages export documentation, processes dangerous goods in full compliance with regulations, and completes accurate AES filings while maintaining strong communication with customers and vendors. Responsibilities Coordinate outbound international air freight shipments from order entry through final dispatch. Communicate proactively with customers to provide shipment status updates and resolve logistics questions or issues. Collaborate with vendors and logistics partners to align schedules, shipping methods, and documentation requirements. Process dangerous goods shipments in strict compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures. Use an ERP system to enter, update, and track shipment and export data. Perform shipping and receiving tasks, including packaging and labeling outbound international shipments. Why Work Here? Work Environment This position operates on a second shift schedule, typically from 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through the week. The role is based in a professional, award-winning office and operational environment that supports logistics, export documentation, and technology-enabled workflows. You will work with ERP systems, shipping platforms, and tools for managing dangerous goods and AES compliance, collaborating closely with logistics, operations, and customer-facing teams in a structured shift-based setting. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Phoenix, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
