This position involves preparing rental equipment for shipment, receiving returned equipment, processing inventory, and ensuring every order meets our quality and shipping standards. This is a clean, organized warehouse/operations role with no heavy labor involved. The work consists primarily of packing and unpacking lightweight electronic equipment, testing devices, checking batteries, creating FedEx shipments, and maintaining accurate records. Immediate opening — hiring right away. Benefits Full-time employees are eligible for health benefits after a trial period Responsibilities Prepare rental equipment for outgoing shipments Create and process FedEx shipping labels Receive and inspect returned rental equipment Test audio equipment and perform sound checks Check equipment status Ensure all shipments meet Vox USA standards Assist with basic computer-based logistics and tracking tasks Help maintain a clean and organized workspace Qualifications Detail-oriented and dependable Comfortable using computers and software systems Familiarity with FedEx shipping software is preferred Ability to follow procedures and maintain accuracy Good communication and teamwork skills Experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or warehouse operations is a plus Schedule Monday through Friday Part-time or full-time available Half-day ( 10 am- 2 pm) schedule possible About Vox USA Vox USA provides professional tour guide communication systems used by tour operators, museums, universities, and event organizations across the United States and Canada.
