From wireless and mobile management to mobility telematics and GPS fleet services, we help businesses communicate with customers, vendors, and each other. General Position Summary At eSquared, our warehouse associates are experts at handling mobile devices like tablets, cell phones, and accessories. The candidate will be responsible for shipping and receiving of product, inventory management, and processing returned merchandise. Minimum Qualifications One-year prior retail and/or warehouse experience preferred Experience in warehouse receiving processes preferred Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Basic mathematical and analytical skills Ability to read and understand purchase/sales orders from customers and match to equipment being received Comfortable with technology and handling smart devices safely Knowledge of general invoicing/billing processes when receiving equipment preferred Essential Position Functions Responsible for internal inventory management by unloading received equipment to staging area to prep for order fulfillment Dispatches received items to the appropriate team and location Responsible for ensuring all product delivered prior to 2pm should be received within the same day standard set by management Responsible for viewing and cross-referencing order data between CRM and warehouse management system to accurately prepare the correct equipment for order fulfillment Responsible for accurately billing the customer for received product(s) Communicates effectively with customers about all received and billed product with an expectation of same day response Responsible for communicating effectively with delivery carriers in a professional manner E2
