Fulfillment Clerk (Onsite) As the leading innovator in Vehicle-to-Government (V2Gov) technology, Vitu is transforming the way vehicles, businesses, government, and drivers interact with one another. Vitu has offices in California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. Job Summary The Fulfillment Clerk plays a key role in the daily processing of vehicle license plate orders. This position is responsible for accurately preparing, verifying, and packaging license plate shipments using specialized software and warehouse tools. Working in a fast-paced environment, the Fulfillment Clerk ensures timely and accurate order completion while maintaining cleanliness, organization, and inventory control at their workstation. Key Responsibilities
Order Processing:
Prepare and process license plate shipments accurately according to order specifications and shipping deadlines.Quality Control:
Verify each order for the correct plate number, label, and documentation before packing.Packaging:
Package shipments securely and efficiently using warehouse materials, ensuring items are protected in transit.Inventory Handling:
Monitor and maintain stock levels for shipping materials and license plates; report low inventory as needed.Workstation Organization:
Keep assigned work area clean and organized, complying with safety and efficiency standards.Cross-Functional Support:
Assist in other areas of the fulfillment or warehouse operation as needed, including plate sorting, sticker application, or bulk shipping. Minimum Qualifications and Experience- Proficiency with barcode scanning systems
- Familiarity with iX-9 mailing and shipping equipment
- Ability to accurately weigh and label outgoing shipments Strong attention to detail for logging and documentation
- Basic computer literacy for working with Google Docs, and other software
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and speed
- Ability to use basic software tools and label printers
- Ability to lift to 35lbs and stand or move for extended periods Compensation The hourly rate range for this position is: $17.
