Customer Service & Shipping Associate Alameda Mail Boxes Plus LLC is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Customer Service & Shipping Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting customers with shipping, mailbox services, printing, and general retail operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, reliable, comfortable with technology, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Assist customers with UPS, FedEx, and USPS shipping services Process shipments and provide shipping quotes Manage mailbox customer services and package pickups Operate printing, scanning, faxing, and copy equipment Answer phones and assist customers in person Process retail sales through our POS system Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally Follow company procedures and maintain confidentiality Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable attendance and punctuality Basic computer and technology skills Ability to learn new software and systems Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently after training Ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds Preferred Qualifications Retail experience Shipping or logistics experience Office administration experience Printing or copy center experience Cash handling experience Position Details Part-time Opportunity for additional hours based on performance Paid training provided Growth opportunities available About Us Alameda Mail Boxes Plus is a locally owned business providing mailbox rentals, shipping services, printing, notary services, passport photos, document services, and more.
