This role is essential in supporting our logistics operations and requires a strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes. Duties Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently. Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory levels and order statuses. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to move products within the warehouse safely. Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring they are correctly labeled and documented. Perform quality checks on incoming goods to verify accuracy against purchase orders. Maintain an organized warehouse environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with e-commerce teams to fulfill online orders promptly. Conduct basic math calculations to ensure correct quantities are processed. Requirements Previous experience in shipping and receiving roles is preferred. Familiarity with AS400 or similar warehouse management systems is a plus. Proficiency in operating forklifts, order pickers, and pallet jacks safely. Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills. Basic math skills for inventory management and order processing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
