PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

Un-packaging and preservation of products. Receive repair and overhaul returns. Use of Computer (Oracle, excel, word). Prepare documentation for repair/overhaul of units. Responsible or the accurate preparation, completion, and control of forms and documents used in the department. Work in the most efficient manner consistent with preventing damage to equipment materials and to expedite handling. Create receiving documents for all incoming materials or products and move to designated areas.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

High school graduate or equivalent. Computer knowledge with application software, Oracle MS Word and Excel. Working knowledge of office equipment Lift 20 pounds minimum. Will be required to perform job requirements independently with a minimum of supervision. One year of experience in shipping/ receiving environment and clerical experience in a customer service oriented organization.

Hourly Compensation Range:
