Experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting

Preferred Skills:

Experience using manual pallet jacks or material handling equipment Familiarity with shipping documentation and freight processes

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and document all incoming shipments and deliveries Prepare outbound shipments by verifying contents, packaging items, and selecting appropriate shipping methods Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records and documentation Identify and resolve discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, or storage Communicate with drivers, team members, and customers via phone, email, and walkie-talkie Ensure a clean, safe, and organized work environment Support general warehouse and logistics activities as needed Why This Role?
