We are an energetic company looking for someone who can join the team and manager our shipments and pack orders. Extremely good environment with really flexible hours and tons of freedom once you price you can handle it You'll be responsible for managing the inbound and outbound flow of goods, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe, organized environment. Your proactive approach will help us deliver exceptional service to our customers while supporting seamless warehouse distribution processes. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems, order picking, packaging, and logistics operations. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments by inspecting deliveries, verifying quantities, and packing orders as well. Prepare outgoing shipments by accurately picking, packing, and labeling orders for dispatch while ensuring proper stock rotation and inventory accuracy. Maintain organized storage by stocking products efficiently on pallets or shelves using stock management best practices. Use basic math skills to count items, calculate weights or measurements, and verify order accuracy during picking and packing processes. Assist with inventory control activities such as cycle counts, stock replenishment, and updating records in warehouse management systems. Ensure compliance with safety protocols during all handling activities and report any hazards or incidents promptly. Experience Prior experience working in a warehouse environment with exposure to shipping & receiving operations is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts (certification preferred), reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, AS400 or similar platforms is advantageous. Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification are essential. Experience with order fulfillment processes in e-commerce or distribution centers will be beneficial. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure accurate stock handling and documentation.
