8am-4:30pm Monday through Friday Description of Work We are looking for a company driver to join our team! The purpose of this position is to drive the company vehicle to pick up and drop off material to local vendors. As time permits, drivers will also perform shipping and receiving duties including preparing items for shipment in addition to receiving and unpacking items. Drivers are also responsible for verifying and maintaining records. Duties & Responsibilities Drive company vehicle to pick up and drop off material; load and unload making sure all material is safely secured Coordinate and manage daily route with internal staff to ensure efficiency Prepare and maintain documentation of all incoming and outgoing deliveries Examine shipment contents and compare with packing list to verify accuracy Pack, seal, and label to prepare materials for shipping using hand and power tools Perform all other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications This position requires a personable team worker and the ability to work independently to manage time and routes. Must have excellent communication in English. Must be able to load and unload materials and equipment up to 30 pounds. Experience/Education High School Diploma or equivalent; 3 years related warehouse experience. Valid driver license with a clean driving record required. Preferred licensed forklift truck operator. Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office including basic computer skills
