Job Description
AST (subsidiary company to Specialty Enzymes & Probiotics) is a leader in enzyme therapy, offering healthcare professionals and consumers natural and highly effective dietary supplements for preventive care and health. We are recruiting for a Order Fulfillment Associate (In office environment). Heavy emphasis on product knowledge, prepare customer orders, maintain shipping area, order shipping. Must have excellent communication skills - oral and written; also personable and professional. Must have computer skills with the ability to learn Shopify and shipping software for order processing. detail oriented ability to lift shipping boxes of various sizes, standing for extended periods of time follow instructions work independently fast pace environment at times accuracy for shipping packages is required Prior experience in shipping, fulfiillment, stockroom or light warehouse works is a plus.
