Receiving Leadperson

Receiving Associate Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, inspect, and process incoming shipments. Handle approximately 40+ packages and 4 pallets daily. Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and purchase orders. Identify, segregate, label, and properly store inventory in designated warehouse locations. Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies to the Purchasing Department promptly. Communicate with Production to ensure materials are available for manufacturing and fulfillment of customer orders. Maintain accurate records of received goods and inventory movements. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe at all times. Remove damaged pallets and re-palletize materials as needed. Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization projects. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Other Requirements Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 60 pounds regularly. Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours per shift. Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the day. Must be able to speak, read, and write English proficiently. Strong spelling, grammar, and communication skills required. Typing speed of at least 40 WPM required. Basic math skills required, including counting, addition, subtraction, and unit conversions. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately verify shipment quantities and documentation. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Must be dependable with a strong attendance record.
