PRIMARY JOB DUTIES

Review and track daily shipment logs. Input orders into company shipping/order systems. Create shipping paperwork for outbound deliveries. Track shipments on a master shipping list and update as needed. Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments. Communicate delivery updates with the company's sales team. Communicate with carriers and other vendors via email. Monitor inventory to ensure successful shipment of orders.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED). Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in the same or similar role. Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel. General office experience. Data Entry Experience. Excellent problem-solving skills. Familiarity with existing shipping programs (e.g. UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.). Excellent communication and organizational skills. Must have the ability to type 45 + WPM. Must always follow safety procedures and report unsafe situations to management immediately. Must be able to work in a team as well as independently. Consistent, regular, and punctual attendance for all scheduled shifts. Flexible schedule - some Saturday work may be required as needed by the team.
