Shipping and Receiving Clerk

ZI Machine Manufacturing is a precision machining company that mainly supports the aerospace and defense industry. We are a growing company that machines almost all types of metal and plastics. We are looking for a shipping and receiving clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with keeping records of all products shipped and received as well as packaging products to ensure safe delivery to our customers. The worker will also create mailing labels and shipping documents and ensure that all orders have been filled correctly. We manufacture precision machined parts for the aerospace industry, so knowledge of how to properly package product to ensure damage doesn't occur in transit is vitally important. The shipping and receiving clerk is the last person to see our product before the customer, so it's important to visually inspect every part prior to shipping also. This position will also help out in other areas of the business as necessary. Such as sawing raw material, emptying trash/recycling bins and deburring / washing parts.
