Baker & Olive is seeking a Seasonal Shipping Assistant to join our team from August through December 31, 2026 . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, thrives in a high-volume environment, and takes pride in helping things run smoothly behind the scenes. Our holiday season is our busiest time of year. Every package that leaves our store represents a gift, a celebration, or a connection between people. We're looking for someone who can help us make that happen with accuracy, efficiency, and a positive attitude. What You'll Be Doing Packing and preparing shipments with care and attention to detail Processing a high volume of orders during peak holiday season Assisting customers over the phone with shipping questions and order inquiries Helping organize inventory and shipping supplies Working closely with team members to meet daily shipping deadlines Identifying problems and finding solutions as priorities shift throughout the day Jumping in where needed to support the team during busy periods What We're Looking For Reliable and punctual attendance Strong communication skills Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment A proactive mindset and willingness to take initiative Adaptability and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently while contributing to a team Positive attitude and willingness to learn Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift and move packages weighing 50 lbs or more Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the workday Schedule Seasonal position: August 2026 - December 31, 2026 Monday through Friday Typical store hours are 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM Additional hours and occasional 8-hour shifts may be required during the holiday season Perks Employee discount on all Baker & Olive products Hands-on experience in e-commerce, logistics, and fulfillment Supportive team environment A chance to be part of the most exciting and rewarding season of the year Interested?
