Shipping & Receiving Clerk Summary:
The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for managing the accurate and timely processing of all shipping and receiving documentation. This role ensures that outbound and inbound shipments are handled efficiently, correctly recorded in company systems, and fully compliant with internal procedures and carrier requirements.

1st 7AM -4:00PM Please note, this job is in the city of
RANCHO CUCAMONGA, CA.
Key Responsibilities Verify outbound orders by matching picking tickets and shipping documents for accuracy before shipment. Prepare and validate shipping documentation, including bills of lading and carrier paperwork. Process and maintain shipment records in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and carrier systems. Coordinate freight pickups with carriers, freight forwarders, and shipping providers. Determine appropriate shipping methods, freight classifications, and service options. Track shipments, respond to shipment inquiries, and resolve tracer requests. Communicate shipment status and delivery updates with customers, carriers, and internal teams. Ensure drivers depart with complete and accurate shipping documentation. Maintain shipping supplies and ensure shipping equipment is operational. Support the Shipping Supervisor with daily outbound freight operations. Maintain accurate shipping records and generate operational reports. Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety policies, and shipping regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred. Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
Pay:
$18.50 per hour
