Shipping Clerk

Overall Purpose:

The Shipping Clerk is responsible for maintaining shipping material inventory and verifying the accuracy and completeness of all paperwork prior to shipping.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Package and process orders using UPS, FED-EX, DHL and BAX online shipping Accurately handle A.O.G. and expedited orders in a timely manner Interact with various departments, such as Customer Service, Quality Control, Production Control and Manufacturing, on a regular basis Accurately handle a high volume of orders being shipped domestically Train on how to perform international shipments Carry out simple instructions Troubleshoot and/or multi-task to complete the job in a timely manner Adhere to 5S Standards Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including, but not limited to, policies for attendance and punctuality and standards for safety
