G. ROLE SUMMARY
Dogtra is seeking an E-Commerce Operations Associate who will support day-to-day execution and optimization of our Amazon channel. The ideal candidate should have at least 1+ years of Amazon Seller Central experience who thrives in a fast-paced, operational environment. Attention to detail is required with exceptional written and verbal communication skills. This position will work closely with the E-Commerce Specialist and report to the Head of Marketing and Strategy.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
(BUT
NOT LIMITED TO
) 1. Listings & Optimization
  • Execute catalog uploads, ASIN creation, and variation setup
  • Maintain and audit listings for accuracy, compliance, and performance
  • Coordinate creative updates (images, A+ content, copy)
  • Support product launches and virtual bundles
  • Assist with listing optimization to improve conversion rates 2. Inventory & Operations
  • Monitor inventory levels and inbound shipments
  • Support replenishment planning and demand forecasting
  • Track FBA discrepancies and submit reimbursement cases
  • Monitor account health and performance notifications
  • Assist with storage optimization and fee auditing 3. Advertising & Growth
  • Assist with campaign setup (Sponsored Product, Sponsored Brand, etc.)
  • Support bid adjustments, keyword updates, and performance monitoring
  • Monitor budget pacing and placement performance
  • Assist with testing initiatives and advanced campaign tactics under E-Commerce Specialist direction 4. Brand Protection
  • Monitor unauthorized resellers and Buy Box activity
  • Support the Transparency program
  • Assist with IP enforcement and brand registry matters 5. External and Omni-Channel Support
  • Assist with marketplace expansion efforts (e.g., Walmart, eBay, and other retail marketplaces)
  • Support listing setup and maintenance across additional channels 6.
Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Management, with the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility and grow into an expanded role based on performance and business needs.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
Bachelor's Degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred) 1+ years of experience on Amazon Seller Central (other e-commerce platforms a plus) Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Knowledge of web publishing tools and familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task and prioritize in fast pace surrounding
