Job Description

Shipping & Receiving Clerk for an electronics manufacturer/distributor located in in the Irvine Spectrum area. This is a long-term Temporary position with possibility of growing to Temporary to Hire. Pay is $18/hr Hours are 7:30 am - 4:00 pm, M-F, 1/2 hour unpaid lunch. Closed toed shoes/boots required.
Duties:
Process shipping and receiving documents using NetSuite Picking, Packing, and Preparing domestic and international shipments using NetSuite Review and Inspect incoming materials and return to inventory Cycle counts or soft inventory counts Operator NetSuite and vendor systems Additional warehouse related duties, as assigned Skills /
Experience Required:
Min 1 year Shipping & Receiving experience Experience with RF Smart Scanner is desired Experienced using NetSuite is highly preferred, but will consider candidates with other CRM experience Basic MS Office (Word/Excel) Ability to learn quickly and adapt to their system and processes Ability to lift to 50 lbs Accurate Data Entry is required. Strong attention to detail is very important. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Compensation / Pay
Rate (Up to): $18.00 - $18.00 Per Hour
